Phase 3 : Mesh

1. DAO-Controlled Protocol Upgrades

Governance of the NeuroSIM protocol will transition to a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), enabling token holders to propose, vote on, and execute key upgrades. This includes changes to pricing logic, supported regions, feature rollouts, and incentive models. DAO governance ensures transparency, community alignment, and long-term sustainability.

2. ZK-Based Encryption Layer Integration

A dedicated encryption layer powered by Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) will be integrated into the core architecture. This enhancement will further anonymize transaction metadata, usage patterns, and provisioning requests offering full-stack privacy guarantees across all services. The ZKP layer will serve as the foundation for compliance-free, censorship-resistant mobile access.

3. dApp 2.0: User Interface Revamp

The NeuroSIM frontend will be re-engineered for scalability and modularity. dApp 2.0 will introduce a more intuitive user experience, mobile-optimized onboarding, dynamic usage analytics, and streamlined provisioning flows for both eSIM and virtual number services. This redesign will support growing user volumes and partner integrations.

4. Developer API for Embedded SIM Provisioning

An open Developer API will be released, enabling third-party applications, wallets, and decentralized platforms to embed SIM provisioning directly into their workflows. This unlocks new use cases ranging from DAO-native mobile onboarding to in-app burner SIMs while expanding NeuroSIM’s role as a composable Web3 infrastructure layer.
